Over two decades ago, our co-founders John DeHart and Ken Sim experienced first-hand the stress of managing 24/7 care. The constant pressure led to burnout, but instead of stepping back, they saw an opportunity. Another business owner, overwhelmed by the demands, even offered to hand over her business. This experience inspired John and Ken to develop a robust system—a system that has now become an invaluable asset to our future franchise partners.

Today, we handle more than 1,800 calls and over 1,000 emails daily through our Care Services Call Center. This centralized hub coordinates various tasks from client inquiries to caregiver schedules. With real-time tracking, we ensure caregivers arrive on time and adjust quickly to any changes.
But we go beyond logistics. Our call center also has comprehensive data on clients and caregivers. This allows us to create the best personality matches, focusing on delivering a ‘Wow’ customer experience—one of our core values.

I am enjoying music to play/sing to seniors and do sing-a-longs with a few hand out books; and encourage music as therapy; especially those isolated or unable to afford to go to concerts, and to drive, etc. I am not sure if you have any demand or use this service.
