Wow, we’re winding to the end of the year and entering a brand new decade of the 2020’s.
Nurse Next Door was founded in 2001 in Canada. We began franchising in 2007 in Canada and our pink cars have become recognizable icons as you can spot them in big cities and small towns, synonymously becoming a household name in the home care industry. In 2012, we started franchising in the United States, introducing our Happier Aging philosophy to American seniors. Most recently, we expanded into Australia with a Master Franchise and now currently have over 200 locations across United States, Canada and Australia, which means the number of lives we are making better is multiplying!

Our Pink Cars Are Driving Around In 4 New States in America!
In this year, we have dozens of launches and we’re excited to announce that we’ve actually entered a few new states—unchartered territory, if you may, and it’s so exciting.
These states include: Idaho, Indiana, Kansas and Massachusetts!
Our Franchise Partners take pride in being the first Nurse Next Door franchise in their state and are working hard on making our bold pink brand known in their community!
Everything’s Bigger in Texas—We Are SOLD OUT in Dallas!
The Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas has been a buzzing area for Nurse Next Door the past few years and this year, we’ve had new partners join our Texas family.
Steve and Kristin Sines purchased multiple territories including Frisco, Garland, Colleyville, McKinney etc.
Joseph Kincey III purchased a handful of territories, covering areas of Arlington, Irving, the southeast of Dallas and Mesquite and more.
They’ve joined our other Dallas-Fort Worth area Franchise Partners, Lee Hecker (Fort Worth), Robert and Heather Green (Dallas North) in introducing Happier Aging to the Texans in the community!
This means that all available market territory is completely sold out.

Franchise Partner Brings Happier Aging to 2 Cities at Once!
Our Franchise Partner, Joseph Kincey III launched his home care franchise business this year and has already expanded his territory into two cities: Dallas AND Houston!
This veteran-turned-entrepreneur is thriving in the franchise system as he is tenacious, disciplined and has a knack for following systems and support. He’s been working on developing his people and dominating his local marketing scene.
Joseph has declared a bold goal, he wants to build his team to become “the biggest homecare business in Texas” and we are definitely cheering him on!
Franchise Partner Now Making Lives Better in 2 States!
Tom and Kathleen Chastain have owned Nurse Next Door Lee’s Summit in Missouri for a few years. The couple had struggled to find a home care provider for their parents that were suffering from Alzheimer’s. They ultimately had to send their loved one to a long-term nursing facility. A few years later, they found out about Nurse Next Door and decided they wanted to make a difference in other people’s lives. They wanted to help seniors stay independent, happy and safe at home as long as possible while giving their family members peace of mind.
We love go-getters: Tom and Kathleen decided that 2019 would be an excellent year to expand as their business has been steady and they’ve gone ahead and done exactly that.
The remarkable thing is that the territory they chose to expand to was in a neighboring state! So now, alongside Lee’s Summit in Missouri, the Chastain’s are now proud to serve Overland Park in Kansas!

1 Year Anniversary for Nurse Next Door Australia!
In the past year, we’ve been working closely with our Australian Master Franchisors, Matt Fitton and Amber Biesse and their team on setting up Australian processes and systems. We are proud to see the steady growth in Melbourne.
